Facility Tours
Rhodian Group is coordinating tours of the new datacenter facility!
When: Ongoing
Where: 8375 Dominion Pkwy, Plano, TX 75024
Cost: Rhodian Group will set up your tour appointment at no cost to you. However, you will be responsible for your own travel and accommodations to make the scheduled appointment.
Time: Each tour will be approximately 1 hour in length.

We’re moving our private-cloud datacenter from Oakbrook, Illinois, to a new datacenter in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Your performance will improve, regardless of location.
Our migration process will begin in 2024. Please be on the lookout for updates about your specific scheduling.
You can expect an improved user experience, with better stability and performance from your VDI.
All our clients using our private cloud services will be migrated.
The only other option would be to move to our Public Cloud offering, depending on numerous factors. Please speak to your Client Success team to see if such a move would be right for you.
Project Evolution is happening at no additional cost to our clients.
Windows 10, 11 for desktop will be supported, as well as Server 2016 or newer.
Most local clients should be supported. Older Teradici Tera 1 devices will not be supported, and Tera 2 devices may need a firmware upgrade.

Yes. Since your emails are hosted separately in the cloud, you will be able to access them during the migration. You will just need to use a smartphone app or other device that is logged into your email inbox.

Project Manager
Charles is an energetic, results-driven project manager and problem-solver, passionate about process improvements, with experience in agile scrum principles and practices. Starting his career as a Scrum Master at Microsoft, he’s served as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at Stryker Corporation and just prior to joining us at Rhodian Group, a Technical Project Manager at Pegasus Technology Solutions.
Charles holds a degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University and has completed courses in Computer Applications, Information Technology, Project Management, Database Management, Computer Forensics, Troubleshooting, Programming, Data Communication, and Computer Networks.
