When it comes to hacks and being hacked, we’d all like to think, “It couldn’t happen to me”– it’s in our nature as humans to be optimistic when faced with worst-case scenarios. But at the end of the day, it’s more important to know how things could turn out if the worst should happen. We created this Breach Breakdown video to give viewers an idea of what it’s like to go through a breach, as told through the eyes of others who also thought it couldn’t happen to them.
Why is this relevant to me?
Obviously, nobody hopes to have to go through the same situation as the example in the video. With proactive IT and Cybersecurity, however, it helps to know how things could turn out so you know how to respond properly and identify the same red flags that were present in this example, so as to avoid the situation entirely.
