Applied’s Hosted Exchange Service will end December 31, 2023. All current users need to plan ahead to ensure that they can migrate with plenty of time.

Migrating from Hosted Exchange
It’s important to us that your migration from Hosted Exchange to your new Microsoft 365 service goes as smoothly as possible.
After a detailed consultation with one of our solutions experts, we’ll find the best options for your team’s needs based on your current setup and future goals. From there, we’ll collaborate between you and Applied to ensure a seamless migration.
Upon completion, we’ll test your new mailbox to make sure everything is working correctly, and decommission your old Exchange data after the migration and testing is complete.
From there, you can enjoy the improved performance, reliability, and security of Microsoft 365!

Migrating from Insuremail
Insuremail is not sunsetting today like Hosted Exchange, but will soon. Get a headstart by working with Rhodian Group to plan ahead.

Setting up MFA in Epic
Last year, Applied announced that MFA is now available in Epic through Okta or Azure AD. This does require some technical setup, but should be turned on as soon as possible.
